One look and I knew this was it! Then came the real work: researching and finding the perfect stone oven. Let me tell you, that was no joke - but totally worth it when I see those perfect crusts coming out golden every time. The name "Kechy" means "goat" in Turkish, and honestly, I'm hoping my pizza place will become the G.O.A.T. in your life.
